Access to all of them is only by boat that you can find either in Karystos or Marmari.

Petalioi is a complex of 9 small islands in the bay of Marmari between the headlands of Kali Akti (Lafia) and Lefki Akti (Paximada). Most of these islands are covered with self-seeding vegetation, such as wild olives, cedar trees, heather etc. But we also find some cultivated olive trees and vines. The names of the islands are: Megalo Petali, Mikro Petali, Tragonisi or Pontikonisi, Praso or Platonisi or Platourada, Stoghilo or Avgo, Makronisi, Laberousa, Foundas or Foundi, Loulouda.
