Ingredients: * 1 glass tepid water* 1 glass tepid milk * 3 glasses all purpose flour * 1 tsp sugar * ½ tsp salt * 4 sachets dry yeast * 1 shot of ouzo Preparation: Dissolve the yeast in the water. Add the milk, the salt, the seed-oil, the sugar, the ouzo and finally the flour, making sure that the mixture does not become too thick. You may need to add a little flour if necessary. Cover the mixture and allow it to rise to double its size. Take a wide pan and add a fair amount of seed oil. Heat until very hot. Take a spoon, dip it in oil and then use it to spoon small lumps of the mixture in the pan. Reduce the heat and fry till golden. This will allow them to cook well inside without burning. Use a skimmer to remove them from the pan and place them on a plate covered with kitchen roll. Pour honey and sprinkle with cinnamon. If you don't wish to use milk add water instead.
